Seal Watching
The waters around Hayling Island hold a resident population of common and grey seals. Their number is increasing every year, clearly a sign that they are healthy and happy in the harbour. They will often be seen sunbathing on the mudbanks during periods of low tide.
Seal watching forms part of a typical harbour tour which runs for 1.5hrs.

The video below we took this January, the seals were relaxing in the sunshine, however the arrival of a fourth seal definately seems to have upset them as he's chased away. A spectacular sight!
